Accommodation
Participants are expected to reserve their own accommodation. For your convenience, we made block-reservation in two different hotels in downtown Budapest.
Hotel Mercure Buda
Block reservation for 40 rooms is available. Room prices are: 14500 HUF (approx. 47 EUR)
for a standard single room, 17600 HUF (approx. 57 EUR) for standard double room. Supplement for a privilege room is 3000 HUF (approx. 9 EUR). To make a reservation,

fill it, and send it back to the hotel to the e-mail address given at the bottom of the reservation form. Deadline is Sept 16!
Hotel Budapest ("Round Tower")
Block reservation for 15 rooms is available in the 66-84 EUR range. To take advantage of the block reservation, please download the reservation form from this link,
fill it, and send it back to the hotel to the e-mail address given at the bottom of the reservation form. Deadline is Sept 25!
Childcare
In case you need a babysitter or nurse for your child for the duration of the conference, you can contact the following company, who has a
