Rationale

The workshop will focus on the following main questions:

  1. How physical structure of Class II disks corresponds to the properties of their freshly emerged planetary systems?
  2. How chemical complexity accumulated at the Class II disk stage corresponds to the chemical properties of primordial atmospheres of giant and rocky planets?
  3. What are the key observational signatures of early phases of planet formation in disks and how it changes from Class II to Class III stage?
  4. How non-steady accretion shapes the inner disk structure and affects chemistry/mineralogy?
  5. How the solar system fits into the general picture of planet formation?
